Personal data
The contact form does not send any data to our servers: it only prepares an email in your own email application, which you choose to send or not.
LHM NETWORK is the controller of the personal data contained in the emails you send us. These emails are received in our Google Workspace mailbox, used only to answer you and never sold.
Project inquiries are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); other messages are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We keep inquiry emails until the inquiry and any related discussion are closed, then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of its processing or its portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to contact@cmay-studio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
